Absolutely! Quick Actions allows you to harness details from active chats as adaptable variables for your actions. This ensures they're always tailored to the context of each conversation. These variables can be incorporated into the webhook URL and the action parameters. When setting up or executing your Quick Action, you'll be able to view and select from the available variables.

Quick Actions can work seamlessly with tools like Zapier or Make, enabling you to link your chat operations to a wide range of external platforms.
